"Click 'N Save" with Southwest Airlines

Southwest Airlines (SWA) makes it known at every opportunity that they are committed to customer satisfaction, and their Click 'N Save emails are no exception. Of course, customer satisfaction almost always equals increased, or at least consistent, profits. The weekly emails are well-designed, pleasing to the eye, and even cleverly relevant (e.g. "Score Deals" is hovering above a football field to coincide with the start of football season). With one click on any topic in the email, viewers are taken to a user-friendly page that helps generate answers quickly. I have found their flight reservation system the easiest to navigate and the information that I want (fare, number of stops, and cheaper dates to fly) are automatically displayed so that I do not need to go back and recheck which boxes I checked in order to conduct a flight search, which can be really annoying. And, SWA lists all of the "need to know" items like blackout dates, exclusions, and tax/fee information BEFORE you even start your search so that there are no surprises (or, at least, there shouldn't be). 1. Have you heard about the music festival that South by Southwest is having on March 8-12 the 2013 SXSW Interactive technology driven network event. Look at the SXSworld, the offical South X South West magazine that features both music, film, and interactive feilds when aligning your own company with their lastest programing. It has advertising opportunities and discounts as well in the Novermber issue and on-line. Also, SXSW has a networking tool designed for attendees of the festival to meet people and network with registrants through out the event. You can have a chance to win a scholorship to attend SXSW Interactive which has over 60,000 registrants this year. To have leaders in interactive, music, and film is a plus, not to mention the internation participation of 72 counties in 2012. The trade shows offer brands a chance to exhibit everything from start-ups to established brands, technology opportunities, marketing agencies, software and hardware manufactures, marketing services and many more, So, Southwest is really giving more than just discounts, they offer a lifetime of knowledge.
